BILL BISTLINE
The man, the myth, the legend.
As one of the co-founders of WWS, there aren't many people that Bill doesn't know! He is sure to remember your name, your family, and your boat no matter how long it's been.

When Bill isn't working or on the lake, he enjoys golfing, traveling with his wife, spending time in South Padre Island, and going to Avalanche games!
MICHAEL CONCIENNE
The forklift cowboy. Michael has been a big part of the WWS Team long before he became a salesman! He used to compete as a semi-pro wake surfer traveling the country sponsored by WWS and Tigé! His family owns an ATX 24 Type-s that he throws mean bag of tricks behind!

Out of the office, Michael spends time with his wife and 3 boat-lovin' kiddos! He also enjoys hitting the golf course and can makes a mean jalapeño jelly.
CHASE GEILER
Chase is another kid born into this crazy boating industry! He is son to Salesman, David, and his awesome mom, Nancy, who have been LONG-TIME WWS Family!
Chase acts as WWS' drone pilot, surfboard consultant, video editor, and anything else we ask him to do! He knows his boats, knows his trucks, and is an awesome part of our team! We love having him here every Summer!
DONNA STARR
The brains behind the entire operation. Donna is a co-founder who has done everything from being crowned Salesman of the Year to hand-making WWS shirts in her garage. She's done it all!

You're sure to find Donna on one of her motorcycles riding thousands of miles, fixing up cars or bikes with her boyfriend, or traveling when she's not in the office!
BILL EBERLY
Mr. Fix It. Bill here is more commonly called 'Beebs' and does everything from fixing boats to helping complete shop renovations. WWS is lucky to have him, he has helped us improve every day!

When he's not fixing things at WWS, he is likely fixing things somewhere! Otherwise, he will be watching his son play hockey or cheering on the Avs with him!
GEORGE WHITE
Not technically an employee, but a BIG part of the WWS Team!
George and his wife Cheryl (who we all call Mama Bear) have been in the WWS Family since 2009 and we can't imagine life without them!
From transporting boats to/from WWS, helping at the dealership on Saturdays, and doing on-water demos and deliveries for us, George has done it all!
WHIT BISTLINE
Whit is daughter to Bill and Donna and has grown up in this industry! She has worked at WWS for 11 years now and just recently started handling most business operations!
Her favorite overall roles include marketing, events, and customer service.

Whit spends every minute she can on the boat, is addicted to hockey, and loves traveling with her large group of friends!.
MIKE ADDY
The logistics guru. Mike is the one who handles everything from service work to warranty claims. He is responsible for making sure the phones at WWS are taken care of and the paperwork gets done right!

When not playing with boats, Mike enjoys watching sports, racing cars, bowling 300s, and spending time with his wife, son, and daughter!
DAVID GEILER
The man on a mission! Dave was a part of the WWS Family for many years before becoming an official team member! He started as a boat owner and good friend, then went to work at the Tigé Factory as a sales rep, and is back! Dave has a HUGE passion for the industry.

Dave, his wife, and son love hockey, camping, and spending as much time being active together as they can!
JORDAN WALTMAN
Newest to the team, but definitely not new to the WWS family!

Jordan not only handles service work, but also dabbles in gelcoat repair and cosmetic corrections here at WWS! He has an eye for detail!

When he's not at WWS, Jordan spends time with his family playing with their dogs, quoting movies, camping and enjoying life!
